items, host and attend meetings and program reviews promoting a good working
relationship with the customer. Maintain strict configuration
management (CM) control over hardware, firmware, software, and all technical
documentation. Work with the engineers facilitating the writing of the
project contracts and/or Program Requirement Documentation
(PRD), agreements, tasking documents, and developmental documents.
Monitors and controls program changes, change requests, and any anomaly to
ensure software and hardware integrity is maintained. Maintain all
records for purposes of process improvement, workload evaluation, and
measurement. Act as a focal point between engineers, technicians,
contractors, equipment specialists, system engineers, software development
engineers, test engineers, information assurance, and system administrators
along with all levels of manager both civilian and enlisted personnel for
implementation of any changes and/or updating of software
documentation. Play an active role in managing and reporting status of
program configured items, technical documentation, equipment, and ensure that
resources are properly tracked, updated and dispositioned. Organize and
support working groups, audits, and review boards required during the
life-cycle phases of all missile programs. Prepares and presents CM
status briefings at Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with customer and
contractor personnel. Ensure all policy and procedures are met. Attend
the Configuration and Control Board (CCB) and supports the CCB chairman as
needed. Assemble and prepare all configured software, technical drawings,
specifications, and other documentation supporting meetings, review boards,
and audits. Establish and control CM policies and procedures as the
